The i-Weight sizer is a high precision machine designed for fruit sizing using a cup system. This sizer is configured to weigh in 114.3 mm increments and is capable of sizing fruit with a maximum diameter of 120 mm or a weight of approximately 240 grams. Calibration is by weight only, with 1.5 gram divisions, allowing accurate separation of product by weight.

The system includes an initial return circuit that returns the product that has not been weighed correctly, thus ensuring the accuracy of the process. In addition, the i-Weight calibrator offers the option of adding a variable number of feeders, adapting to specific production needs.

Constructed from high quality materials, the i-Weight calibrator is designed for reliable and durable performance in industrial environments. Its modular design allows for easy integration into existing production lines, and its advanced control system ensures efficient and accurate operation.

The speed of the outfeed conveyor can be regulated according to process requirements, and is equipped with an electrical control panel for operation.
