BULK WEIGHER PSG-4
High performance machine for filling boxes with programmed weight. The machine incorporates the following elements:
- Lower chain conveyor with pneumatic stops for box dosing. The conveyor through easy adjustments allows to adapt to different sizes / types of boxes. It also incorporates a vibration system to obtain a uniform filling of boxes.
- Upper canvas conveyor split into two independent canvases of different widths, which can work independently depending on obtaining the selected weight.
- Retention cap that will prevent the incorporation of more fruit once the programmed weight is obtained.
- Fruit receiving hopper, which will open with the exact weight.
The upper part allows, through a crank, to vary the separation of the guides in order to adapt to different widths of boxes.
