BINS VOLUMETRIC FILLER VBV-20
Machine designed for bins filling automation. The set is made up of the following elements:
- Belt conveyor for fruit feeding.
- Articulated conveyor with pneumatic elements and detection sensors for filling bins.
- Lower chain conveyor for transporting empty bins to the filling area. The bin once located in the filling area, will act by sequential advances that will help a better distribution of the fruit during filling.
- Control panel with programmable automaton to order / coordinate movements. Optionally, the system can be completed, with a bins unstacker and a stacker for full bins.
