Box dumping lunes with big wheel: Crate Tipping System
The big wheel dumping line is designed to efficiently and gently empty crates of delicate fruit. Crates enter from the bottom and are held between two belts. The rotating drum centers and tips the crates, guiding the fruit to one conveyor and the empty crate to another. The operation is smooth to prevent damage to the fruit, thanks to sensors that control the fall and speed.
The machine is mounted on a polished sheet metal chassis and enamelled steel profiles, with height-adjustable legs, ensuring a robust and durable construction. This system automates the tipping process, reducing the need for manual intervention and improving operational efficiency.
