AUTOMATIC EMPTY CONTAINER UNLOADER
The automatic empty case unloader is designed to automate the empty case handling process in an industrial environment. Its operation is based on several key components that work together to ensure an efficient and safe flow of crates:
- Infeed conveyors: position the cartons next to the infeed side of the unloader via conveyor belts.
- Pneumatic infeed pushers: move the cartons from the end of the infeed conveyor to the lowerator compartments.
- Descender: lowers the cartons from the infeed conveyors in a synchronized manner using a chain system.
- Pneumatic outfeed pusher: extracts the boxes from the lowerator in an efficient way.
- Electric panel: equipped with an electric panel that centralizes all the control and operation functions, facilitating a simple and efficient handling of the machine.
