The full pallet transfer cart is designed to dose several lines of empty and full pallets. Below is a detailed technical description of its features:

• Pallet batching: designed to handle several lines of empty and full pallets, with empty pallets at the bottom and full pallets at the top.
• Automation: used to automate the entry and pick-up of pallets in a battery of palletisers, feeding pallet strapping lines.
• Safety sensors: equipped with safety sensors that stop the shuttle if it detects an obstacle in its path, guaranteeing the safety of the process.
• Position sensor: it has a position sensor that ensures accurate stops, improving the accuracy of the process.
• Beam guidance: it is guided by a beam with mechanical stops to prevent it from leaving the track on which it is working.
• Conveyor speed: the conveyor speed can be regulated according to the needs of the process, allowing precise control of the product flow.
• Electric panel: equipped with an electric panel that centralises all control and operating functions, facilitating simple and efficient machine operation.
