The fractional selection table aims to distribute the fruit in a homogeneous way to improve the performance of the selection. Due to the shape of the equipment, the flow of waxed fruit, coming from the drying tunnel, is divided into two. The first group is selected in the first half of the table and the second group is conducted, by lower tapes, to the final half of the team. On both sides of the table groups of operators remove the defective fruit, which is derived to evacuation tapes or boxes for that purpose.

The tables have rollers provided with movement of movement and rotation on themselves, to show the entire surface of a fruit. The distribution of the fruit over a wide and homogeneous surface facilitates the quality of work.
