PREVIOUS TRIA FRUIT SELECTION
In the previous tria the first selection of the process is made, where rotten fruits, fruits out of size and some other types of defects such as shape or spots are eliminated manually. The work is done manually and the equipment consists of a roller table with an evacuated tape to the center for defective fruits. The rollers have both translational and rotational movement; The latter allows all faces of the fruit to be visible in order to facilitate selection. On both sides of the table are placed the operators responsible for performing this operation.
The previous tria is installed online, after the emptying section.
