The DS-30 seven-box depalletizer is a machine designed to optimize the box emptying process in the fruit and vegetable industry.

Detailed technical description:

• Main function: it takes seven full field boxes filled by complete layers and places them on a conveyor that moves them to the emptying area, all in a single cycle.
• Gripper: provided with 4 rubber lined blades for better grip and to absorb the small differences between the different types of boxes.
• Movements: the vertical and horizontal movements of the gripper are controlled by a variable speed drive, which guarantees optimum production performance and smoothness in its movements.
• Production: capable of handling up to 1500 boxes per hour.
